By-laws are required to govern how the corporation is run and managed. These Bylaws are legally binding documents approved by the Board of Directors and voted in by owners. They exist to protect owners investments and ensure the condo is pleasant and attractive. They apply to all owners, as well as tenants and visitors.
They cover a lot of topics, including but not limited to: Board of Directors Elections and Practices, Annual General Meetings, Pet Restrictions, Parking and Storage Restrictions, etc.
Please note that it is the owner/residents (including tenants) responsibility to ensure they have the most current Bylaws and read and understand them.
